Motorcycles and mopeds Lamfos produces all the various gears foreseen in motorcycle engines, as gearboxes, transmission wheel couples, starter gears. To help customers in their supply management, Lamfos supplies also complimentary parts, as desmodromic mechanisms, gearbox selector shafts, etc. Gearbox gears can be shaped with modern numerically controlled gear-cutting machines, or otherwise toothed and shaved. The gear packs are supplied pre-assembled. Gear combinations are supplied fully checked, 100% sorted and coupled, shave finished or grinded on the involute tool. In the moped industry, where market figures require bigger quantities, Lamfos uses more productive machines. Even teeth cutting and shaving are processed on modern machines with automatic loaders.
